Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

Umeetz ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. These standards describe the measures we take to prevent, detect, remove, and report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any conduct that endangers minors on our platform, including our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service").

2. Adults-Only Platform

Umeetz is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years or older. Users must confirm their date of birth during registration, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or access the Service, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that an account belongs to a person under 18, we suspend and delete it promptly.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Umeetz and result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to the competent authorities:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, whether real, simulated, or computer-generated.
• Any sexualization of minors, including imagery, text, or suggestive content involving persons under 18.
• Grooming — befriending or building trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Sextortion — threatening or blackmailing a person using real or alleged intimate imagery.
• Trafficking or facilitating the trafficking of minors for sexual exploitation.
• Attempting to contact, solicit, or arrange meetings with minors.
• Misrepresenting one's age to gain access to the Service or to deceive other users.

4. In-App Reporting

Every user profile on Umeetz includes Report and Block actions, allowing any user to flag concerns — including child safety concerns — directly within the app, without leaving it. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and user feedback is used to improve our content filters and moderation processes.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

When a report or our own monitoring identifies potential CSAE, we take the following actions:

• Content flagged as potential CSAE is reviewed with priority.
• Confirmed CSAM is removed immediately and preserved as evidence for law enforcement, as required by law.
• Offending accounts are permanently banned.
• Underage accounts are suspended and deleted.

6. Reporting to Authorities

We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on our Service, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional and national authorities, and we cooperate with law enforcement investigations, including preserving evidence in accordance with legal requirements.
